Ability to stand, walk, bend, squat, and reach repeatedly during shifts. Strong interpersonal skills to engage effectively and compassionately with residents and team members.Working Conditions Ability to lift up to 35 pounds and occasionally up to 50 pounds. Prolonged standing and/or walking during shifts, including transporting objects.
