Your expertise will contribute to the dealership's reputation for providing reliable, high-quality pre-owned vehicles to customers. Key Responsibilities: Vehicle Inspections: Conduct thorough inspections of used vehicles to assess mechanical, electrical, and safety issues. Diagnostics: Use diagnostic equipment and tools to identify problems in vehicles and determine appropriate repair solutions. Repairs and Maintenance: Perform necessary repairs and maintenance on used cars, including engine work, transmission repairs, brake services, and electrical system fixes. Quality Assurance: Ensure that all repairs and maintenance work meets industry standards and dealership quality guidelines. Documentation: Maintain accurate records of inspections, repairs, and parts used, documenting work performed in the dealership management system. Collaboration: Work closely with service advisors and sales teams to communicate repair findings and ensure customer satisfaction. Customer Communication: Explain technical issues and repair recommendations to customers in a clear and understandable manner.
