Associate Veterinarian – Salt Lake City & Herriman, UT
 $160,000–$200,000 Base Salary + other compensation opportunities

Chewy Vet Care is hiring experienced GP veterinarians into modern, purpose-built practices where you can focus on high-quality medicine with real clinical support, stronger workflows, and more time for patients and pet parents.
What You Get
$160K–$200K base salary for 4x10 and prorated for 2x10 and 3x10 shift options
$20,000 employee referral bonus for any DVMs you refer that are hired (paid at 90 days)
2.5:1 support staff ratio (actually practice medicine)

What You’ll Do
·     Practice high-quality GP medicine (exams, surgery, dentistry)
·     Build meaningful relationships with pet parents
·     Deliver thoughtful, patient-first care—without being rushed
·     Collaborate with a strong, well-trained clinical team
What You Won’t Deal With
·     Consistently understaffed shifts
·     Outdated systems slowing you down
·     Assembly-line medicine
What You Bring
·     DVM/VMD (or equivalent)
·     Active license (or ability to obtain in Utah)
·     GP experience with confidence in surgery and medicine
·     Strong clinical judgment, communication skills, and a collaborative mindset
·     A desire to practice better medicine in a better-supported environment
