Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Operations Repair Technician to join our Facilities team. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing routine maintenance, repair, and upkeep on a variety of manufacturing equipment, including environmental test chambers, shaker tables, Cascade systems, production monitoring systems, and other facility systems. This position requires strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of mechanical and electrical systems, LN2 systems, including AC and DC voltage, and be capable of troubleshooting issues efficiently.

Essential Functions:
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Perform routine maintenance and repair tasks on facility equipment and systems, including electrical and mechanical systems.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Troubleshoot and diagnose problems with equipment and systems, implementing effective solutions to minimize downtime.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure equipment and systems are operating efficiently.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repair activities, including work requests and inventory of supplies and parts.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Collaborate with other members of the Facilities team to ensure a safe and productive work environment.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Follow all safety protocols and procedures to ensure personal and team safety during maintenance and repair tasks.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Assist in the planning and execution of facility and manufacturing upgrades and renovations.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Provide recommendations for process improvements and cost-saving measures related to facility maintenance operations.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours emergency repairs as needed.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Must be able to obtain a US security clearance as a job requirement.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Ability to travel on occasion for training and certifications purposes.

Required Qualifications (one of the following):
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training in mechanical, electrical, or a related field is preferred and a minimum of 10 years of prior relevant experience.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 2 years post-Secondary/Associates Degree with a minimum of 6 years of prior related experience.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Preferred Additional Skills:
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in facility maintenance or operations repair, with a proven track record of hands-on experience.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Strong knowledge of electrical, refrigerant, and mechanical systems.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Proficiency with maintenance management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Comprehensive understanding of DC circuits and systems
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Familiarity with computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS)
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Experience with maintaining and troubleshooting industrial equipment
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and equipment
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Strong project management skills with the ability to coordinate with vendors and contractors
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Experience with temperature-controlled test chambers.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Basic soldering skills
