Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Operations Repair Technician to join our Facilities team. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing routine maintenance, repair, and upkeep on a variety of manufacturing equipment, including environmental test chambers, shaker tables, Cascade systems, production monitoring systems, and other facility systems. This position requires strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of mechanical and electrical systems, LN2 systems, including AC and DC voltage, and be capable of troubleshooting issues efficiently.

Essential Functions:

聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Perform routine maintenance and repair tasks on facility equipment and systems, including electrical and mechanical systems.

聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Troubleshoot and diagnose problems with equipment and systems, implementing effective solutions to minimize downtime.

聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure equipment and systems are operating efficiently.

聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repair activities, including work requests and inventory of supplies and parts.

聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Collaborate with other members of the Facilities team to ensure a safe and productive work environment.

聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Follow all safety protocols and procedures to ensure personal and team safety during maintenance and repair tasks.

聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Assist in the planning and execution of facility and manufacturing upgrades and renovations.

聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Provide recommendations for process improvements and cost-saving measures related to facility maintenance operations.

聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours emergency repairs as needed.

聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Must be able to obtain a US security clearance as a job requirement.

Required Qualifications (one of the following):

聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 2 years post-Secondary/Associates Degree with a minimum of 6 years of prior related experience.

聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Preferred Additional Skills:

聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in facility maintenance or operations repair, with a proven track record of hands-on experience.

聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Strong knowledge of electrical, refrigerant, and mechanical systems.

聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics.

聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
