Job Schedule: 9/80 employees work 9 out of 14 days- totaling 80 hours worked- and have every other Friday off

 

Job Description:

Systems Engineer – Specialist role to work within ISR Networks Systems team. Position will work within various programs such as Global Hawk, Triton, Hawklink, and P-8A. This role will focus on working with requirements and system design from the inception of the contract to the delivery and sustainment of product. 

 

 

Essential Functions:

  • Support the Program Manager and Program Engineer with Systems level technical support
  • Define and verify System Level Requirements
  • Work Product Documentation such as System and lower level specifications, Interface Control Documents, Block Diagrams, and Interconnect diagrams.
  • Testing and Troubleshooting product in a lab environment.
  • Using Earned Value Management System (EVMS) to mangage the Cost and Schedule of engineering tasking.

 

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering (Other Engineering disiplines accepted with Systems Engineering Experience)
  • 5+ years experience in Systems Engineering (or other related engineering diciplines)
  • Experience working in Systems Engineering and with Engineering processes.

 

 

Preferred Additional Skills:

  • Experience in working with EVMS as a Control Account Manager Experience working on DoD contracts
  • Experience working within a lab setting and performing Design Verification type testing.
