Position Title:

Golf Call Center Agent

Job Description:

Responsible for general customer service duties and assisting the golf administraiton staff with day-to-day operations. Performs other related duties as required.

Typical Duties:

Answers phone calls and books reservations for customers.
Checks customers in for simulator bookings.
Completes point-of-sale transactions for simulator rentals.
Assures golf carts are clean and staged in an orderly fashion.
Assists with practice area and driving range operations and management.
Responsible for cleanliness of office and simulator rooms.

Assists in other golf operations as requested.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

Demonstrated knowledge of golf industry and golf standards.
Outstanding communications, public relations, and customer service skills.
Ability to keep accurate records and maintain proper accounting of fees, purchases, and other activities.
Ability to perform basic janitorial work.
