Student Positions:
Level II – Administrative & Proctoring Support
• Testing Center Office Assistant $12.50/hour - Not Accepting ApplicationsÂ
This position includes front desk reception, test scheduling and monitoring, tutoring program support, and administrative tasks, all while maintaining a welcoming and confidential environment.

• Tutor $12.50/hour Currently Hiring Tutors supplement classroom instruction with individual and small-group study sessions.
Location: On Campus – Student Disability & Testing Center
 Schedule: Part-time with flexible shifts during business hours (peak times midterms/finals)
 Hiring Type: Continuous Recruitment | On-Campus | Part-Time
About the Role:
 As a Testing Center Office Assistant, you'll help maintain a calm, supportive environment for students with accommodations. From greeting visitors to proctoring exams, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring accessibility and academic integrity.
Key Responsibilities:
 • Greet students and visitors professionally and respectfully
 • Schedule and check in students for exams
 • Proctor exams while upholding academic integrity
 • Organize, file, and scan confidential documentation
 • Answer phones and respond to inquiries discreetly
 • Assist with data entry, reminders, and room setup
Qualifications:
 • Currently enrolled Westminster student
 • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
 • Professionalism and a strong sense of confidentiality
 • Effective communication and organizational skills
 • Familiarity with Microsoft Office and scheduling systems is a plus
