HSE Engineer

• Implement and enforce HSE policies, procedures, and standards across the project site in compliance with consultant and client requirements
  
• Conduct HSE audits, risk assessments, site inspections, and toolbox talks; lead HSE meetings with contractors and subcontractors
  
• Investigate incidents and near misses; prepare reports and follow up on corrective actions
  
• Deliver HSE training to site personnel and ensure compliance with PTW, emergency response, and HSE documentation requirements

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Science, Engineering, Fire & Safety, or equivalent
  
• GradIOSH with NEBOSH International Diploma, or Certified Safety Professional (CSP) or equivalent from a recognized international institute (mandatory)
  
• Minimum 10 years of HSE experience, of which at least 3 years with a recognized international consultant
  
• Valid First Aid & Basic Firefighting Certificate; trained in Confined Space, Working at Height, LOTO, Electrical Safety, Risk Assessment, Lifting & Rigging, Excavation Safety, HAZMAT, and Emergency Response
  
• Strong English communication skills; ability to conduct HSE audits, training, and contractor meetings
