1. Diploma or technical qualification in Instrumentation, Electrical, Electronics, Control & Automation, or a related field.
2. Minimum relevant experience in instrumentation, control, automation, installation, testing, and commissioning works.
3. Good knowledge of installation, calibration, testing, and troubleshooting of field instruments, including pressure, flow, level, and temperature instruments.
4. Experience in control valves, actuators, flowmeters, transmitters, switches, and associated instrumentation.
5. Ability to perform instrument loop checking, continuity testing, signal verification, calibration, and functional testing.
6. Knowledge of 4–20 mA, digital signals, pulse signals, and Modbus RTU/TCP communication.
7. Basic working knowledge of PLC, RTU, SCADA, and HMI systems and their field integration.
8. Ability to read and understand P&IDs, instrument index, I/O lists, wiring diagrams, termination drawings, cable schedules, and hook-up drawings.
9. Experience in FAT, SAT, pre-commissioning, commissioning, troubleshooting, and system integration activities.
10. Ability to identify and rectify issues related to instrument wiring, termination, cable glanding, junction boxes, panels, and communication networks.
