• Follow directions given by Project Manager/Coordinator & Maintenance Supervisor
• Ensure maintenance staff follows safety procedures. 
• Prepare Method of statements according to job requirements
• Apply permits PTW & CPW
• Ensure work carried out as per Method of Statement. 
• Preparing Lifting/rigging plan for Critical objects/Materials,
• Protective Coating works in Mooring Dolphins at Oil and Gas Industry.
• Working in highly risk environment where toxic gases and hazardous material present.
• To fulfil the work scope according to client expectation on time.
• Following safety and contractor regulations of clients.
• Support client to address equipment breakdowns in a quick manner.
• Drafting drawing for new systems.
• Technical support to client for Civil works. 
• Must undergo QatarEnergy (eCPW/ePTW) training and  ensure work is carried out with valid permits.
• Sound understanding of QatarEnergy life saving rules and regulations is a requirement

Requirements

• Accredited University degree in Civil Engineering 
• At least 5 years of Experience in Marine Environment, Port activities etc.
• Experience in the identification of materials utilized by the maintenance crews, ensuring that the necessary documentation, such as material certificates etc. are in order. 
• Should have the ability to work under maintenance supervisor to assist him on the day-to-day operations undertaken by the maintenance team. He must have good command to read, write and communicate in the English language. 
• Must be well versed in carrying out berth visual inspection and record all observation of defect and must be able to prepare berth inspection report in power point presentation format.
