As an Accounting Services Intern, you will join a collaborative and supportive team environment where you’ll assist with accounting and consulting engagements while gaining meaningful, hands-on experience. Position Type: Internship

Location: San Antonio, and surrounding areas, travel may be required

Qualifications:

Accounting major with a minimum GPA of 3.0 preferred
Undergraduate degree completed prior to start of internship or in the final year of undergraduate degree plan
Actively working toward meeting education requirement for CPA certification and plans in place to facilitate passing the CPA exams
Experience with QuickBooks Online, preferred
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
Strong communication skills and attention to detail
Travel may be required

Responsibilities:

Provide support on accounting and consulting engagements
Assist team members in all aspects of client engagements including account reconciliations, general ledger entries, analytics and forecasting
Other duties as needed and assigned

Expectations:

Be knowledgeable on a first-year staff level by the conclusion of the internship
At conclusion of internship there may be an opportunity for a full-time permanent position with the firm
