We have a company characterized by a hardworking, highly competent, and friendly team.  SUMMARY  Clean Scapes is seeking a dependable Porter to support a commercial property. This position is responsible for maintaining clean, presentable grounds and assisting with hand-watering at additional properties.   ROLE + RESPONSIBILITIES  Pick up trash and debris throughout the property  Cleaning sidewalks, walkways, landscaped areas, and dumpster enclosures  Retrieving and relocating shopping carts  Using power blowers and other equipment to keep grounds clean   Removing unauthorized signs, flyers, stickers, and advertisements  Maintain clean and presentable outdoor areas  Complete other basic landscape-maintenance tasks as needed  SCHEDULE:   Full-time: 6:00 a.m.-10:00 a.m., Thursday, Friday, Monday, and 6:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m., Saturday and Sunday, five days per week    EXPERIENCE  Previous porter, groundskeeping, landscaping, or outdoor-maintenance experience preferred   Hand-watering or basic plant-care experience is a plus   PPREFFERED QUALIFICATIONS  Driver’s License: Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record    Why Join Clean Scapes?  We offer a competitive compensation package along with a comprehensive benefits suite to support you and your family:  Health Coverage: Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance.  Income Protection & Security: Optional Short-Term Disability (STD), Long-Term Disability (LTD), Life Insurance, and additional voluntary benefit options.  Retirement Planning: 401(k) retirement plan with company match.  Career Growth: Opportunities for continuous training, skill development, and career advancement within a growing statewide company.   Qualifications:
