Job Details: Job Location: Wholehearted Senior Living at Castle Hills - San Antonio , TX, Position Type: Full Time, Salary Range: Undisclosed, The Executive Director (ED) is the chief operating officer of an assisted living facility, overseeing day‑to‑day operation leadership, financial management, staff leadership, and regulatory compliance.Managing profit and loss across all departmentsRecruiting, training, supervising, and evaluating staff.Ensuring compliance with Texas state, local, and federal regulationsOverseeing resident care quality and satisfactionQualifications: 3–5+ years of leadership experience in Assisted Living, Memory Care, or Long-Term Care. Strong knowledge of Texas HHSC regulations. Proven ability to lead teams, manage budgets, and maintain compliance. Excellent communication, crisis management, and organizational skills. Bachelor’s degree preferred;
