As a Fraud Investigation Services Associate III, you will be responsible for investigating disputed transactions, analyzing account activity for potential fraud, and making informed decisions regarding dispute outcomes in accordance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and established procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough investigations of suspected fraudulent activity by reviewing financial records, transaction histories, account activity, and supporting documentation.
• Analyze dispute claims and determine appropriate resolutions based on investigative findings, applicable regulations, and company guidelines.
• Collaborate with internal departments, external partners, and customers to gather evidence and support fraud investigations.
• Evaluate and document investigative findings, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with applicable standards.
• Prepare detailed reports summarizing evidence, analysis, conclusions, and recommendations for further action when necessary.
• Identify fraud trends, patterns, and emerging risks, and escalate concerns as appropriate.
• Maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism while handling sensitive customer information.
• Stay current on fraud prevention techniques, investigation tools, industry best practices, and regulatory requirements to enhance fraud detection and mitigation efforts.

• Training Time: Monday – Friday 8am-5pm

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
• Must have a High School Diploma, or GED
• All internals must have 6 months experience in your current role.
• Must be able to successfully pass a criminal background, credit check, and security fingerprints.

Preferred Qualifications:   

• 1+ years of experience in the Fraud investigation or detection

Pay Transparency Laws in some locations require disclosure of compensation and/or benefits-related information. For this position, actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. In addition to base pay, this position, based on business need, may be eligible for a bonus or incentive. The estimated hourly rate for this role is $21.00 per hour.
