This role ensures that production teams have clear, accurate, and up-to-date documentation to follow, supporting efficiency, quality, and safety in operations.    Key Responsibilities: Review, update, and create work instructions in Dozuki for all Lucifer Lighting assembly processes.  Conduct time studies, balance production lines, and help with improvement activities as needed.  Collaborate with assembly leads, production operators, and engineering to ensure instructions are technically accurate and easy to follow.  Capture photos and/or videos to visually support work instructions where applicable.  Standardize formatting and terminology to align with company documentation guidelines.  Maintain version control and proper documentation records in Dozuki.  Support Lean team projects, kaizen events, and other process improvement activities as needed.  Conduct periodic audits of work instructions to ensure they reflect current best practices.  Assist with tracking and reporting metrics related to document updates, changes, and compliance.  QualificationsQualifications: High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.  Experience in manufacturing or assembly environment preferred.  Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.  Ability to communicate effectively with multiple departments.  Proficient with basic computer software (Microsoft Office) and able to quickly learn Dozuki platform tools.  Comfortable taking photographs or videos for instructional use.  Basic understanding of Lean Manufacturing principles a plus.    Working Environment:  Smoke free workplace.    Lucifer Lighting Company is an equal opportunity employer.
