Litigation Paralegal - POA Department

Description

RMWBH Law has a new opportunity in our San Antonio office for a Litigation Paralegal with at least three years of experience to join our growing team.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Proven working experience as a Litigation Paralegal
• Applicable knowledge of motions, discovery, evidence, litigation documentation, court rules and procedures, practices etc
• Experience with District and County Court systems
• Highly organized with ability to juggle multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Strong writing and communication skills along with attention to detail
• Extensive computer and database expertise

Responsibilities:

• Conducting pre-claim investigation, legal research and initial case assessments
• Drafting pleadings, motions and appellate documents and filing them with the court
• Performing administrative duties (calendar hearings and deadlines, organize case files, manage logistics etc)

Compensation

• Salary is commensurate with experience.
• Eligible for a quarterly performance-based bonus.
