Personal Care Assistant - Office Hybrid

Klarus Personal Care is seeking a highly motivated and adaptable professional to join our team in a hybrid role that combines office-based responsibilities with direct field support. This position is primarily office-based but requires the flexibility and willingness to provide hands-on support in the field when operational needs arise, including covering callouts, vacations, staffing shortages, and urgent patient or client needs for our personal care patients in the San Antonio metro and surrounding areas.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

• Perform daily office-based duties related to operations, scheduling, coordination, reporting, and team support.
• Serve as a resource to field staff and leadership to ensure continuity of care and service delivery.
• Provide direct field support as needed for employee callouts, PTO coverage, increased census, or urgent operational needs.
• Maintain open communication with patients, clients, caregivers, and team members.
• Assist with staffing coordination and operational problem-solving.
• Support compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Complete documentation accurately and timely.
• Participate in meetings, training, and other assigned initiatives.

Qualifications

• Relevant licensure, certification, or experience required for the position.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities.
• Comfortable working in both office and field environments.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
• Ability to adapt quickly to changing operational needs.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and other applicable software systems.

Additional Requirements

• This is a hybrid position requiring regular attendance in the office.
• Candidates must be willing to travel into the field as needed to support staffing coverage, including call-outs, vacations, and immediate operational needs.
• Must be willing and able to drive throughout the assigned service area, including travel of up to one hour from the office location.
• Must maintain current auto insurance and meet company driving requirements.
