Marathon Coach Florida is looking for a full-time, qualified Service Office Administrator for our San Antonio location. Enjoy working for the world's largest and finest luxury bus converter and dealer as you perform all facets of office administrative duties. The diverse tasks keep things interesting as you work closely with service and satellite facilities on everything regarding the Parts and Service Departments. 

We are looking for that special someone with a deep appreciation for the many facets keeping a five-star office running smoothly including the following:

• Processing AR transactions in Accounting Software
• Back up receptionist 
• Primary Service/Parts Department contact and invoice collection
• Service/Parts Department administrative support
• Back up HR responsibilities
• Post service follow up
• Proactive promotion of Service and Parts department offerings
• And other duties as assigned
