We are looking for an Attorney to join our fast-paced Business Real Estate team in our San Diego office. It is our mission to provide the highest quality, cost-effective legal services to our clients.   Compensation: $150k-$225k/annually + Bonus Schedule:   Position is full-time, exempt. Our business hours are 8:30am-5:30pm Monday-Thursday, 8:30am-5:00pm Friday.   We currently offer a hybrid in-office remote work model for select positions within the Firm. New hire employees who are offered a hybrid schedule will complete the majority of their onboarding and training in-office as deemed necessary for the position by the firm before transitioning to a hybrid/remote schedule, subject to approval by their supervisor.   Responsibilities:   Provide legal representation to clients, assessing the facts and issues of each scenario and counseling clients appropriately Respond to client concerns to increase and retain business Participate in industry organizations and affiliated committees to increase the firm’s visibility in the community and within the industry Ability to handle complex matters on one’s own and/or as a lead attorney with little supervision Ability to develop executive level client confidence to retain current firm clients Ability to contribute to a positive and respectful working environment Billable hours requirement is 1600 Represent the firm internally and externally Other duties as needed to support the legal and management goals of the department   Qualifications:   We are looking for candidates with the following qualifications:   J.D. and an active California Bar license 5+ years of experience as a licensed California attorney Previous litigation and trial experience required Ability to communicate regularly with clients on a range of practice group topics Ability to multi-task and operate against inflexible deadlines both in a team environment and independently   The following qualifications are preferred:   Previous experience in landlord-tenant matters Previous experience with real estate law   Why Work for Us?   Our firm offers a rewarding work environment that values a work-life balance and fosters a culture of professional growth and opportunities.
