What You'll Do
- Serve as the day-to-day contact for assigned projects and smaller client accounts.
- Coordinate project timelines, deliverables, resources, and budgets.
- Maintain project plans, documentation, and updates in Workfront and other agency tools.
- Schedule and facilitate project meetings, ensuring clear next steps and accountability.
- Monitor project scope, timelines, and budgets, proactively identifying risks and solutions.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to develop estimates, manage workflow, and keep projects on track.
- Communicate project status, priorities, and changes clearly with clients and internal teams.
- Support process improvements and identify opportunities to work more efficiently.
What We're Looking For
- 2 years of project management, account coordination, marketing, or related experience.
- Digital agency experience preferred.
- Understanding of digital marketing and integrated campaign execution.
- Experience with Workfront, Asana, Jira, Monday.com, or similar project management tools.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to anticipate challenges, solve problems, and adapt quickly.
- Eagerness to learn, grow, and collaborate with others.
