Work Description: Prepare independent cost estimates for highway construction
projects, review plans, perform quantity takeoffs, evaluate labor, equipment, materials,
production rates, and construction methods, and support cost reconciliation and
negotiations.
Minimum Requirements: 10 years of experience estimating complex highway
construction projects for contractors. Independent estimating experience for
transportation agencies using CMGC methodology is preferred.
