Job DetailsJob Location: San Diego, CA 92101Salary Range: $22.00 - $24.00 HourlyThe Old Globe, one of San Diego’s most celebrated professional theatres, is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced individual with strong ticketing and customer service skills to join our Ticket Services team in beautiful Balboa Park. The Lead Ticket Services Representative will assist the Ticket Services Director and Assistant Ticket Services Director in all tasks of the ticket office. Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following: Processing ticket orders and subscriptions Running reports Overseeing special projects Training and mentoring Ticket Services Representatives Handling customer relations Performing other administrative duties as needed The Old Globe is actively committed to fostering a culture of equity, diversity, inclusion, & access in all areas of our operation. QualificationsThe successful candidate will have the following skills and abilities: Strong ticketing experience; Tessitura ticketing system experience preferred Excellent customer service skills Strong organizational and administrative skills with efficient follow-through on projects Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Excel Previous supervisory or management experience preferred Evening and weekend availability required Must be able to successfully complete applicable background screening Hourly pay range is $22.00–$24.00 per hour, depending on experience. This is a full-time, benefited position including 401(k) and theatre tickets.
