SAIC is looking for a cleared Systems Engineering candidate to provide technical assistance and recommendations regarding the planning, implementation, and management of Battlespace Awareness and Information Operations (BAIO) Programs of Record within the Naval Intel, C2, Cyber, and Information Operations (NIC3IO) under Program Acquisition Executive Mission Systems. Support includes providing high quality engineering advisory services as they relate to evaluating requirements, training and planning support, assisting in the development of doctrine, tactics, techniques, and procedures, advocating requirements in support of future effects-based warfare, assessment of Research & Development (R&D) and Science and Technology (S&T) efforts. Â
•    Analyze required system capabilities to determine integration requirements and define challenges and develop plans to address requirementsÂ
•    Use operational experience and technical expertise to collaborate with the Functional Team Lead for assessing requirements, designing, executing, developing, and integrating technical solutions on manned and unmanned platforms.Â
•    Conduct systems / system of systems architecture design, integration, testing, experimentation, implementation, integration, and cyber certification activitiesÂ
•    Assist in development and revisions of systems technical documentation during system developmentÂ
•    Provide systems engineering and technical support for ongoing Information Operations and advanced technology developments and policies to the Navy Customer.
•    Interface with various levels of program leadership: project managers, task and functional leaders, and product owners. Â
•    Control of interface requirements to reduce costs, increase efficiency, and improve the quality of programs and projectsÂ
•    Provide analysis of emerging capabilities and software tools to enhance system of systems capabilities.
•    Support Model Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) and Digital Engineering teams to develop digital representations and models of the system to support interface development.Â
•    Provide subject matter expertise for development of Fleet employment of Information Operations and related systems to include CONOP, CONEMP, and OPTASK development. Â
•    Provide subject matter expertise support in meetings, technical working groups, technical exchange meetings, and Commander’s Update Briefs.Â
•    Provide assessments, advanced development priorities, and the review of R&D and S&T programs, proposals, projects, and others as directed.Â
•    Communicate requirements, work products, progress, and deliverables schedules to senior level civilians and military personnel
