Are comfortable talking with guests and answering questions

Have high-volume restaurant or bar experience

Preferred, but we’ll train you!

What You’ll Be Doing:

Creating standout guest experiences alongside your team
Helping guests navigate the menu with close attention to allergens and dietary needs
Confidently highlighting craft cocktails, local beers, and unique beverage options
Guiding guests on how to get the most out of Punch Bowl Social
Following steps of service to meet brand standards
Using TOAST POS to enter orders and process payments
Keeping tables dialed in—everything guests need, nothing they don’t
Assisting with stocking and maintaining the server station

***Must be 21 years old or older ***

Paid Sick Leave is limited to 40 hours (5 days) for the year and maximum is 80 hours (10 days).
