Job DetailsJob Location: San Diego, CA 92109Salary Range: $18.71 - $18.71 HourlyDuties & Responsibilities: Customer Service & Sales Greet and assist customers with gifts, souvenirs, toys, sportswear, and tattoo selections.  Provide excellent customer service, suggestive selling, and describe menu items to customers.  Barista  Prepare and serve a variety of beverages (coffee, espresso drinks, blended coffees, teas).  Take orders, handle payments, and maintain a clean, well‑stocked workspace and dining area. Ensure beverages are made to high standards and maintain strong communication skills in a fast‑paced environment. Store Operations & Merchandising Keep work areas and storage areas clean, organized, and stocked. Price, stock, and organize sportswear, gifts, souvenirs, and toys. Maintain knowledge of all merchandise and assist with inventory control. Cash Handling & Reporting Follow cash control policies. Accurately handle cash, balance cash drawers when required, and prepare reports. Opening & Closing Procedures Opening duties: Set up canopy workstations, put out displays and clothing racks, check significant stock items, prepare workstation (cash drawer, rental contracts). Closing duties: Balance cash drawer, clean equipment, store displays/racks, restock inventory, and secure all items properly. Support for Management Assist with training programs and special assignments as needed. Performance expectation: Willing and consistent assistance.  Compliance & Attendance Follow all safety rules and procedures; attend safety meetings. Use time clock properly; arrive on time; overtime must be approved in advance; minimize punch errors.  Qualifications  Qualifications: Customer service-oriented: friendly smile, positive attitude, well-groomed. Good interpersonal skills and strong team player.  Physical Requirements Must be able to lift/push/pull/lean 50 lbs.
