IT Systems Engineer

Are you a problem-solver who thrives in fast-paced environments?  Join our client's team as an IT Systems Engineer, where you’ll play a critical role in supporting retail technology systems across the region!  From POS installations to real-time troubleshooting, you’ll be hands-on in ensuring clients’ tech never misses a beat.

What You’ll Do

• Deploy and maintain IT systems and POS infrastructure
  

• Respond to service tickets and perform on-site support
  

• Monitor system uptime and network performance
  

• Implement backup, security, and disaster recovery protocols
  

• Train retail staff and document solutions
  

Requirements

• Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
  
• 3+ years’ experience in system support (retail experience isa plus!)
  
• Knowledge of POS systems, retail networks, and backup tools
  
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel
  
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
