About the Role
Join the growth team at a cybersecurity startup focused on protecting AI systems. You will build enterprise sales pipeline and help advance opportunities with security and engineering leaders, with a potential path toward a full-cycle account executive role.
What You'll Do
Prospect enterprise security and engineering leaders through cold calls, email, and LinkedIn.
Qualify and respond to inbound interest generated by threat intelligence content and partnerships.
Coordinate with stakeholders, share relevant materials and threat intelligence, and maintain prospect relationships.
Represent the company at conferences and industry events, including prospect meetings and dinners.
Share feedback from prospect conversations with engineering and marketing teams to improve the product and sales approach.
What We're Looking For
Zero to five years of BDR or SDR experience, with a background in sales or business development.
Hands-on experience with cold outbound prospecting and writing outreach across calls, email, and LinkedIn.
Strong customer communication skills, resilience, and a track record of sustained hard work in demanding environments.
Experience in technology or exposure to technical or security products is helpful.
Familiarity with Outreach, Apollo, HubSpot, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator is helpful.
Consistent role tenure and the ability to work on-site five days per week.
Must be authorized to work without visa sponsorship.
Compensation & Benefits
Base salary: $80,000 to $100,000 annually. Visa sponsorship is not available.
Location
On-site in San Francisco, California.
