YOUR ROLE

An ideal candidate is motivated to deliver high-quality work to drive customer satisfaction. This person uses their intellect, insight, and ability to build creative solutions with clients and colleagues while embracing a collaborative mindset. Key qualifications include:

•         Experience in leveraging AI tools and platforms to drive change adoption across large organizations.

•         Define and track change adoption KPIs using AI-powered analytics and dashboards.

•         Design and implement AI-based training programs, including gamification and adaptive learning paths.

•         Utilize AI to personalize change management strategies based on stakeholder behavior and feedback.

•         Apply data-driven insights from AI models to continuously improve change adoption and engagement.

YOUR PROFILE

We would love to find a candidate who:

•         Demonstrated ability to integrate AI technologies into change management frameworks.

•         Skilled in using AI to differentiate tactical change (e.g., technology implementation) from strategic transformation (e.g., cultural or mission shifts).

•         Proven success in managing stakeholders through AI-enhanced communication and engagement strategies.

•         Ability to lead AI-enabled change initiatives that align with organizational goals and values.
