Job DetailsJob Location: Posse Bay Area - San Francisco, CA 94104Position Type: Full TimeEducation Level: 4 Year DegreeSalary Range: $55,000.00 - $57,000.00 Salary/yearCareer Program Specialists focus on three key responsibilities: Developing and leading exciting, career-enhancing programming (e.g. workshops and special events) Collaborating with the Director and development staff to cultivate and manage career partnerships Connecting Scholars and alumni to resources that allow them to access a range of career development services, including internship and job search support, skill building, and ongoing career guidance.  Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree required Experience working with youth strongly preferred Experience working in corporate settings is a plus Experience managing volunteers a plus Experience facilitating workshops preferred Event planning experience preferred Database management skills strongly desired, i.e., Salesforce Strong organizational and time-management skills and ability to multi-task Strong writing and communication skills Excellent interpersonal skills Willing and able to travel Graduate degree a plus Must be enthusiastic, possess a strong work ethic, be able to work independently and with a team and serve as a positive role model for Posse Scholars Demonstrated belief in Posse’s mission and values
