Salary Range:聽聽聽 $175,000-$225,000

The Associate will be a key member of an experienced team building a world-class investment banking practice focused on healthcare and life science companies. The successful candidate will participate in all aspects of originating, structuring, and executing financings and M&A transactions for clients across all sectors. This position offers direct client CEO and CFO contact, significant responsibility and opportunity for advancement. The ideal candidate will have previous healthcare investment banking experience at the Associate level.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Play a lead role in all aspects of execution of investment banking transactions
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Assist in preparation of presentations for current and prospective clients
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Perform and supervise preparation of valuation analyses of clients and targets
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Perform due diligence investigations
聽
Experience and Qualifications Required:
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 +4 years of investment banking experience, healthcare related transactions preferred
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Exemplary academic record; finance and life sciences undergraduate experience preferred; MBA is a plus
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Financial modeling and analytical skills are necessary, including knowledge of financial accounting
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Outstanding written and oral communication skills
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Highly motivated, energetic, personable and capable of managing multiple tasks in a dynamic, meritocratic work environment
