Position Summary:

- Engagement Leadership: Direct and manage comprehensive client projects from initial strategy through to final delivery, ensuring the highest standards of quality and accuracy.
- Client Partnership: Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with clients, acting as their primary point of contact for strategic guidance and identifying opportunities for enhanced service.
- Team Development & Review: Mentor and coach junior team members, reviewing their work to ensure technical excellence and fostering their professional growth.
- Regulatory & Research Excellence: Stay at the forefront of industry changes, conducting in-depth research on complex issues and ensuring all work remains compliant with current regulations and best practices.
Requirements
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business, Finance, or Accounting.
- Preferred: Master's degree with a specialization in Taxation (MST).
