English Teacher

POSITION SUMMARY 

Noli Indian School is seeking Full-time candidates for English Teacher. The position would offer a variety of opportunities to develop professionally as well as the potential to grow within the company.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• The essential duties include the following, although other duties may be assigned:
• Implementation and Instruction of California Standard based curriculum for grades 9-12 English Literature

EDUCATION

• B.A/B.S. and a Single Subject California Teaching Credential.
• CBEST/CSET
• Current students who are about to graduate with an English Teaching Major pursuing teaching credentials.

EXPERIENCE

• Experienced teachers preferred; recent graduates’ welcome.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Ability to maintain proficient classroom management skills
• Ability to maintain cooperative working relationships with Administration, faculty, students, and Tribal personnel.
