Housekeeping Lead

About the Role:

The Housekeeping Lead plays a critical role in maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment within healthcare and social assistance facilities. Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in housekeeping or janitorial services, preferably within a healthcare or social assistance environment.
• Basic knowledge of cleaning chemicals, supplies, and equipment.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team effectively.
• Strong understanding of health and safety regulations related to cleaning and sanitation.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certification in housekeeping management or related field.
• Experience with infection control protocols specific to healthcare settings.
• Familiarity with electronic scheduling and inventory management systems.
• Previous supervisory experience in a healthcare facility.
• CPR and First Aid certification.

Responsibilities:
