Description

Every Apple Store starts as a line item. Before the doors open, before the first customer walks in, someone has to decide what gets built, what it costs, and when it's ready — and that work happens on this team. We're looking for an analytical, highly motivated Financial Analyst to join Real Estate & Development (Places) Finance, supporting one of the most visible retail portfolios in the world: more than 500 Apple Store locations across every major market, plus the offices, data centers, and properties that keep Apple running. In this role you'll own the capital story behind our retail footprint — new stores, relocations, expansions, and the continuous reinvestment that keeps existing stores feeling current. You'll sit directly alongside development, design, construction, and procurement partners, translating design intent into budgets and schedules, and translating financial reality back into decisions those teams can act on. The outcome of your work is tangible: stores that deliver a world-class experience for our customers, and a positive, sustainable environment for the teams who work in them.
