Major Responsibilities Achieve assigned listing quota per assigned product categories. List items accurately in accordance with training and standards. Use a mobile device to take pictures of items. Ensure clean, organized work and storage areas. Maintain and adhere to all agency policies and procedures Other duties as assigned. Responsibilities may be added, deleted or changed at any time at the discretion of management, formally or informally either orally or in writing. QualificationsRequired Qualifications Ability to quickly grasp new software applications. Ability to write creatively and articulately in English. Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as: addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, percentages, and average. Ability to apply concepts of basic math when working on spreadsheets and reports. Strong organizational skills, ability to work well with others in a close office environment. Preferred Qualifications E-commerce research and listing experience, or equivalent knowledge from personal online sales experience, preferred. Working knowledge of one or more of Goodwill’s donated goods categories preferred. Aptitudes/skills/temperament An amiable and welcoming attitude, with the ability to make people feel at ease. The ability to work independently and in groups, while maximizing time and resources. The ability to reason and make judgments. Strong ability to understand and write in English. The ability to enter data efficiently and accurately and proper handling of confidential information. Emotional Effort Moderate: Occasional short deadlines. Work environment is occasionally hectic with occasional high activity, with great emphasis on teamwork. Job Setting The job is performed indoors in a climatically controlled setting. Physical Demands Due to the variety of assignments with this position a person must have the ability to stand, bend, kneel, reach forward and overhead. Standing, sitting, carrying, pushing and pulling will also be involved. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs throughout the work day. Moderate emotional level effort is required, occasional high stress with short deadlines. Work environment – generally inside 100% - however may include outside work on occasion.
