Job Description

We are seeking a Parts & Service Sales Manager to drive profitable aftermarket growth across Puerto Rico and assigned Caribbean markets. This role leads the field sales, inside sales, and parts counter teams while expanding customer relationships, increasing market share, and promoting parts and service solutions for heavy equipment and allied brands.

The position combines territory development, hands-on sales leadership, and close coordination with equipment sales, rental, and service teams.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales plans for parts and services across the assigned territories.
  • Grow business with existing customers while identifying new accounts and market opportunities.
  • Promote preventive maintenance programs, repair options, rebuilds, and service contracts.
  • Build strong relationships with key accounts and understand their equipment and service needs.
  • Lead, coach, and evaluate field sales, inside sales, and parts counter personnel. Set clear goals and monitor team performance.
  • Work with equipment sales, rental, and service teams to identify aftermarket opportunities.
  • Increase customer adoption of online ordering platforms and other digital tools.
  • Oversee the team’s use of Salesforce to document customer interactions, manage opportunities, maintain account plans, and improve forecast accuracy.
  • Use sales data and customer feedback to identify growth opportunities, strengthen retention, and improve the customer experience.

Requirements

  • Experience in parts and service sales within the heavy equipment, industrial equipment, or a related sector.
  • Experience leading and developing customer-facing sales teams.
  • Ability to grow accounts, develop new business, and manage relationships with key customers.
  • Strong understanding of aftermarket solutions, including parts, maintenance, repairs, and service contracts.
  • Experience using a CRM, ideally Salesforce, to manage sales activity and pipeline reporting.
  • Ability to develop territory plans and use sales data to guide commercial decisions.
  • Strong communication, coaching, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
