Rancho Dental is seeking an experienced Associate Dentist to join our established, fee-for-service practice. This is an exceptional opportunity for a clinician who enjoys comprehensive dentistry, values patient relationships, and is looking for a long-term practice to call home.

Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive dental care to patients of all ages
  • Diagnose and present treatment plans that prioritize patient education and long-term oral health

  • Collaborate with an experienced clinical and administrative team to deliver exceptional care
  • Maintain accurate clinical documentation and uphold the highest standards of patient care

Qualifications

  • DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school
  • Active dental license
  • Minimum of three years of general dentistry experience (five or more years preferred)
  • Excellent communication and case presentation skills
  • Commitment to comprehensive, patient-centered dentistry
