Our client, a worldleader in life sciences and biotechnology, is looking for a “ProjectManager II – CDx Pharma Services” based in Tucson, AZ.
Job Duration: LongTerm Contract (Possibility Of Extension)
Pay Rate : $45/hr on W2

Seeking a ProjectManager II to lead small to complex projects within CDx Pharma Services,driving initiatives from concept through completion. The role will manageproject plans, timelines, resources, budgets, risks, and cross-functionalstakeholder communication.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage product development, process improvement, and business projects from initiation through completion.
- Develop project plans, schedules, resource plans, estimates, dashboards, and status reports.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure projects meet timelines, requirements, and service commitments.
- Monitor sample workflow and reporting activities to support operational execution and data integrity.
- Manage CAPEX budgets, resource trackers, and capacity planning.
- Identify risks, bottlenecks, and critical-path issues and proactively drive solutions.
- Maintain project documentation and lead lessons-learned/continuous improvement initiatives.
- Communicate project status and influence diverse stakeholders across the organization.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree; Life Sciences preferred.
- 2–5 years of project management experience in diagnostics, medical devices, pharmaceutical, or biotech environments.
- Experience leading product development or process improvement projects.
- Strong organizational, communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and effectively in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office, MS Project, and Google Workspace.
Preferred
- Master’s degree
- PMP certification
- Agile/Scrum experience
