Job Details: Job Location: Sandia Peak Ski Area - Sandia Park, NM, Position Type: Full-Time/Part-Time, Salary Range: Undisclosed,  Sandia Peak Ski AreaGuest Services Representative2026/2027 Winter SeasonSandia Peak Ski Area is seeking friendly, dependable, and customer-focused team members to join our Guest Services Department for the 2026/2027 winter season.Guest Services is a key part of the guest experience and is responsible for assisting visitors with tickets, season passes, lessons, RFID access, and general questions about the ski area.Responsibilities Provide excellent customer service and create a welcoming experience for guests Sell and issue lift tickets and season passes Assist guests with season-pass questions, products, and account information Check in guests for ski and snowboard lessons Assist with lesson registration and scheduling Operate and troubleshoot basic RFID ticketing/access systems Operate POS systems and accurately process cash, credit card, and other transactions Assist guests with RFID cards and access issues Answer questions regarding lift tickets, lessons, operating hours, mountain services, and ski area policies Maintain accurate records and follow established cash-handling procedures Assist with opening and closing Guest Services Maintain an organized and professional Guest Services area Work closely with Ski School, Lift Operations, Retail, and other departments Assist with other duties as needed to support daily ski area operationsQualifications:  Requirements Excellent customer-service and communication skills Comfortable working with computers, POS systems, and technology Ability to learn and operate RFID ticketing systems Ability to accurately handle cash and credit-card transactions Strong attention to detail Reliable transportation to and from the ski area Ability to work weekends and holidays Ability to work in a fast-paced mountain environment Previous guest services, ski resort, retail, ticketing, POS, or hospitality experience is preferred but not requiredScheduleSeasonal – 2026/2027 Winter SeasonFull-time and part-time positions may be available.
