Orthopedic Surgeon Opportunity in Rock Falls, IL | $715K–$935K + Production Bonus

Healthcare United is seeking a Board Eligible or Board Certified Orthopedic Surgeon to join an established healthcare system in Dixon, Illinois.

This is a full-time opportunity for an orthopedic surgeon interested in joining an established practice with significant surgical volume and a broad general orthopedic patient population. The practice has an emphasis on total joint procedures, with approximately 300–500 surgical cases per year.

The ideal candidate will have completed fellowship training in Hand Surgery and/or Adult Reconstruction. Orthopedic surgeons with other subspecialty experience are also encouraged to apply.

The incoming surgeon will provide both surgical and nonsurgical orthopedic care while working alongside an established clinical team and dedicated support staff. Responsibilities may include outpatient and inpatient care, with a 1:3 call rotation.

Candidates should demonstrate a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to optimizing patient outcomes through exceptional clinical care.

Dixon provides access to a smaller community setting while remaining approximately a two-hour drive from Chicago.
