Earn $200 when you refer a friend who joins the team (conditions apply).What You’ll Do Mix and serve cocktails, beer, wine, and other beverages with accuracy and care. Welcome guests, spark friendly conversation, and provide attentive service. Recommend drinks, menu favorites, and daily specials. Take food orders and serve meals to guests at the bar. Keep the bar stocked, organized, clean, and ready for service. Process payments accurately and complete opening and closing duties. Check identification and follow responsible alcohol service practices. Team up with restaurant and kitchen associates to keep service running smoothly Qualifications: Who We're Looking For A people person with energy, warmth, and a positive attitude Someone who stays cool when the bar gets busy and can juggle several orders at once Strong attention to detail and solid basic math skills for accurate checks Reliable transportation to and from the hotel A dependable work ethic and willingness to help your teammates. High school diploma or GED preferred, but personality matters most Bartending experience is a plus, but we’ll train the right person!
