This position plays a key role in maintaining the appearance of our dealership and ensuring our vehicle inventory is displayed professionally. The ideal candidate is motivated, detail-oriented, and enjoys working outdoors in a fast-paced environment. QualificationsResponsibilities Organize and maintain the appearance of new and pre-owned vehicle inventory Move, park, and stage vehicles throughout the dealership lot Ensure vehicles are clean, fueled, and ready for customer delivery Assist with dealer trades and vehicle transfers as needed Maintain lot cleanliness and presentation standards Install dealer plates, window stickers, and other vehicle displays Support the sales department with vehicle preparation and miscellaneous tasks Assist customers and team members with professionalism and courtesy Qualifications Previous dealership experience preferred but not required Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented Must be able to safely operate vehicles Valid driver's license with a clean driving record required What We Offer Competitive pay Benefits package available Positive team environment Opportunities for growth and advancement Pre-employment background check and drug screening required.
