About the Role:

WIngs Over Sanger is looking for an energetic and personable Bartender to join our team in Sanger, TX! If you love crafting great drinks, creating a fun atmosphere, and delivering top-notch hospitality, this is the perfect opportunity for you.

Responsibilities:

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences
Greet and engage guests, providing exceptional customer service throughout their visit
Take drink and food orders accurately and efficiently
Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar area at all times
Handle cash and POS transactions, including processing payments and making change
Monitor guest alcohol consumption and ensure responsible service in compliance with TABC regulations
Collaborate with kitchen and waitstaff to ensure a seamless guest experience

Requirements:

Previous bartending or bar service experience required
TABC certification required or willingness to obtain upon hire
Strong knowledge of cocktails, beer, and spirits
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, including nights, weekends, and holidays
Must be at least 18 years of age (or meet Texas minimum age requirements)
Reliable, punctual, and a true team player
