Job Description

Office Assistant/Receptionist position for our Sanibel Location.  Key responsibilities for front desk duties include greeting clients and patients, scheduling, document management, insurance verification, scanning, product sales/organizing, cleaning and other office duties.  Seasonal position November to April/May.  $15/hour 8:30-1:00 Monday through Friday. Bridge toll program reimbursement if applicable.

Qualifications

Front Desk:  Proficiency/experience with scheduling software and navigating general office software expected.  Excellent customer service skills and friendly/helpful attitude.  Ability to maintain clean and inviting office atmosphere.  Excellent communication skills verbal and written expected.  Experience in medical, therapy or spa office environment preferred.  Close commute to Sanibel or living on Sanibel Island preferred.
