As a Associate Wealth Advisor (Centralized Financial Advisor), you’ll work with a steady flow of member referrals and leads while honing your consulting, relationship-building, and business development skills. You'll be supported by an established Wealth Management team while representing a broad range of investment and insurance solutions, including advisory accounts, mutual funds, ETFs, structured products, 529 plans, IRAs, annuities (fixed, indexed, and variable), stocks, bonds, life insurance, and long-term care insurance.

 

What You'll Do

  • Manage member referrals, existing investment accounts, and leads generated through our Contact Center.
  • Conduct financial reviews and help members identify and pursue their financial goals.
  • Prepare and present personalized financial plans, retirement strategies, and portfolio recommendations.
  • Recommend investment and insurance solutions aligned with each member’s needs.
  • Partner with mutual fund companies, insurance providers, broker/dealers, and Registered Investment Advisors (RIAs) to deliver exceptional service.
  • Utilize digital advisory tools, including Guided Wealth Portfolios, to help members access modern investment solutions.
  • Stay current on market trends, economic conditions, and investment products.
  • Maintain compliant client records and documentation in accordance with FINRA and regulatory requirements.

 

What We're Looking For

We’re seeking ambitious professionals who are passionate about helping others achieve financial success and eager to grow within wealth management.

  • Minimum two years of experience in the sales and delivery of personal investment products and services, wealth management, banking, or insurance.
  • FINRA Registration: Series 7, and Series 66 (or Series 63 & Series 65).
  • California Life Agent with Variable Contracts Insurance License, preferred. 
  • Fluency in Spanish is helpful .
  • After training this position is currently hybrid-eligible, with the expectation of three days pre-assigned on-site attendance. This role requires California residency and living within a 50-mile commute of our headquarters in Santa Ana.
