General Purpose:

The ESL Corrugated Operator is responsible for operating corrugated packaging equipment and supporting ESL production activities to ensure products are properly packaged, coded, documented, and prepared for distribution.

Schedule: Monday - Friday 10:00pm - 6:30am Off Saturday and Sunday

Job responsibilities include:

Operate box-forming and casing equipment used in ESL production
Set up and operate product coding and marking equipment
Support ESL filler operations and related production activities
Perform product sampling and complete associated documentation accurately
Maintain required production, quality, and sanitation records in a timely manner
Clean and sanitize equipment and work areas according to company standards
Maintain cleanliness and organization of warehouse and operating areas
Relieve employees during scheduled breaks and meal periods as needed
Follow all GMP, food safety, quality, and workplace safety requirements
Work independently while ensuring production goals and quality standards are met
Perform additional duties as assigned by the Supervisor or Foreman

Education and Experience

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Forklift and pallet jack certification, or ability to obtain certification

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive motions throughout the shift
Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy
Ability to operate production and packaging equipment safely and effectively
