Catholic Charities of Los Angeles, Inc., one of the largest human services providers in California, operates a variety of programs to serve the poor and strived to find permanent solutions to crisis situations by offering clients the tools and resources needed to achieve greater self-reliance and stability in their lives. Moorpark Pantry Plus provides supplemental food, clothing, rental and utility assistance, and a variety of holiday programs at Christmas and Thanksgiving as well as a "Back to School" shoe and backpack drive along with employment information and referrals. The center also offers information and referrals for legal assistance to immigrant clients.

Responsibilities:

• Supervises daily operations, including direct services, administration, and record keeping.

• Prepares monthly program reports and statistics.

• Provide case management to assigned caseload.

• Resolves problems encountered by staff.

• Prepares budget and program narratives annually.

• Represents program at various agency and community meetings.

• Responds to internal and community correspondence and memos.

• Clarifies and implements policies for staff.

• Cultivates donor relationships.

• Basic data entry.

• Performs related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in related field.

• Must have managed and coordinated programs and worked in a social service environment.

• One to three years of contract administration, project management or related experience.

• Bi-lingual English/Spanish required.
