Systems Software Engineer 2

Implements features in system software modules and automation pipelines with moderate guidance; debugs issues across drivers, services, and tooling. Analyzes performance and reliability signals for components (e.g., device drivers, provisioning workflows); proposes small improvements. Contributes to firmware interaction points (APIs, protocol handling); triages cross-layer issues using standard tools. Authors and updates operational documentation, test cases, and runbooks; participates in code/design reviews and adheres to standards. Supports platform bring-up tasks and assists incident response by collecting diagnostics and applying known fixes.
