Quality Engineering Technician

Santa Clara, Ca

Description

Scope: Provide Quality Engineering Technician support, manages the operation of the document control center to ensure adherence to AS9100, UL and applicable regulatory standards.

Essential Job Function:

  • RMA Process Management
  • Conduct internal audits and manage      follow-up corrective actions.

· Support AS9102 First Article requirements and documentation.

  • Manage Outside Lab Submissions
  • Support Final QC for production and/or      Rework
  • Support Final QC on RMA Products
  • Participate in Supplier Corrective      Action Request (SCAR) investigations and processes. Maintain and      administer document control functions.

Requirements:

Essential Qualifications, Education and Experience:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent      required.
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in the      Printed Circuit Board or similar manufacturing environment required.
  • Excellent written and verbal      communication skills
  • Proficient in reading, writing, and      speaking English
  • Excellent Multitasking, Prioritization      and Organizational skills
  • Strong computer skills with Microsoft      Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
  • Demonstrated ability to be a team      player

Physical Requirements:

  • Sitting at a desk working on a      computer for extended periods of time
  • Walking on uneven surfaces
  • Bending at the head and neck
  • Bending at the waist
