Leads root cause analysis for customer issues, manages defect resolution, and drives team-level quality improvements. Maintains and optimizes test infrastructure, advises on build vs. buy decisions, and develops reusable automation solutions integrated into Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) pipelines.
